US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton arrived to Haiti the Sunday after Haiti Earthquake in Port-au-Prince and met with President René Préval for an hour. She assured Haitians that the US “will be here today, tomorrow and for the time ahead.” In Washington, President Obama stood with former Presidents George W Bush and Bill Clinton, who lead a national drive to raise money to help the survivors.
Bush and Clinton vowed Sunday not to abandon the country, but admitted it would take time to recover.
“It’s frustrating, but I think we’re moving on it quickly,” Clinton told the ABC news in an interview.
